I turned off the sprinkler timer and we only water about twice...maybe three times/week. I also don't drive unless I have to. It's sad. I used to enjoy going out and taking drives along the coast. Can't afford it now!
Have a good day.
PamAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1066131320029765111.post-5946724232536279042008-05-06T10:15:00.000-07:002008-05-06T10:15:00.000-07:00We recycle too and personally take everything to t...We recycle too and personally take everything to the recycle center and throw it away in different marked bins. Dirk and I have different opinions on things too but recycling isn't one of them. It just makes good sense. People throw perfectly fixable things away and just go buy new ones on credit. Here is a 73 minute link on Google Video. We both watched it. It's incredibly informative.
Hugs to you today for sending out this information for everyone to see.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1207021100826614474

Nelishia
http://journals.aol.com/nelishianatl/Prayingandbelieving/

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1066131320029765111.post-16750067339977970662008-05-06T10:27:00.000-07:002008-05-06T10:27:00.000-07:00I recycle here too. Not that we have that many but every dollar helps and there's a recyle place about 2 miles from me. I hate to see plastic bags go. I use them in the trash can under my sink and also use plastic cat litter pan liners. And I scoop into plastic grocery bags. I just can't see scooping into a paper bag. Anyway, I'm doing the best I can to do my part.
