My heart goes out to you............ I am so sorry for you and your family......... wish there was something I can do for you.... hugs and love, Sherry
There are not enough words in the English language that would help you at this time. Just know you and your family are in my prayers. Your mother was determined to take of him till the end and she did just that. I have been in your shoes and it isn't easy. I have lost my father and mother. May God Bless each of your family members.
Aw Kelli my heart goes out to you and your family. I am so glad you got to spend time with him the last 2 weeks. As the others said I wish there was something I could do for you. Hold your greatest memories close to you heart my dear. xxHugsxx Carrie
I'm sorry Kelli. you are right...he is no longer suffering. The above comments are right too. Remember the good old times...they made you who you are today, a strong beautiful woman, and I have a feeling your Dad knew that as well.
I'm so sorry on the loss of your father. I've been reading your journal the past few weeks; just haven't commented in it up until now. I'm glad you had a chance to spend some time with him before he passed.
I'm going to leave a prayer here for you; I hope you don't mind.
Lord, watch over this family and comfort them in their hour of pain and grief. Help them Lord to come together as a family during this difficult time and to leave any problems and differences they had in the past alone for a little bit as they stand together to honor the life of this man. Put people in their lives that will love upon them, that will give them words of comfort, that will provide meals for them or just sit with them and allow them to talk about their dad or husband. Help them to feel peace. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
