got to move again

Well are days of squatting here are numbered. I got a notice yesterday that the house is going to auction.

This does not come as a shock to me. We knew it was going to happen. We were just hoping for a little more time.

I am so thankful that our property manager let us stay here rent free for a few months. It really helped us get caught up on our bills and now we are in a better place.

One down side is that our property manager does not have anything open, so we have to start house hunting again.

That's o.k. I am going to stay focused on the positive. We got caught up on some bills, I have had time to go through our stuff and get rid of stuff.

Last night the kittens really surprised me by climbing all the way up the stairs. So now they are going to really keep me on my toes.

I talked to Rusty last night and he is doing o.k. Rusty just really hates all of these trips. He says that he does not sleep good, and the food sucks.

Today I am going to clean out the car and then I have to repack it because Nikki has a yard sale tomorrow. I may also go through some more boxes that we have not unpacked from the last move. If I have not missed the stuff in 4 months then chances are I don't need the stuff.

Well I better get dressed and get moving. I suddenly have a lot to do, so I need to get ready for the rat race.

(((Kelli)))))

I feel for you; you have a great attitude though; email me if you want the property management place we went through

I bet you will find something, there are lots of places I saw for rent when I was checking out places if my son was going to move with us

and I agree, if you haven't used them in 4 months, you aren't going to use them; I got rid of things we brought from Montana that we didn't use in the 2 years we've been here

I agree if you haven't used them in the past 4 months, I'm betting you haven't even thought about them, it's time to let them go.  I need to do the same thing myself.

Wishing you the best with the move - I'm sure you will find a good home.

So does that mean the stuff I have still packed from a move over 6 years ago can be tossed out?  But what if there's something good in there?   Best wishes house hunting...it's a big job in itself. Finding the right house, in the right neighborhood, for the right price.  Linda in Washington

At least you had a feeling this was coming.  I don't care to move but you have a pretty good attitude about the whole thing.  Blessings to you and your family!

Move again?  Well, you are taking it pretty good.  What am I saying.  I counted it up after my mom said she moved 50 times when she was young and by the same age I had moved around 60, counting high school.  I had it down to a science.  I gave so many books away and then I would have my basics to set up housekeeping and cook for me and the kids.  And it could all be packed in the car and off we would go.  You have got the right idea, to yard sale what you don't use.  Ronda's dad was a mover for a while for a national moving company and it was the most beautiful thing to have him come and move me, but there was too high of price to be paid. But he taught me to pack more efficiently.  Gerry

I hope you find something suitable soon.  I hate that you don't get a little more time, but I'm glad it has worked out to your advantage money-wise anyway.
