crazy weekend

So Saturday night Rusty and I went out to dinner and the house guest from hell tagged along.

Right in front of someone I just met he says can you believe that she is married to this skinny fucker?

Then our dinner came and none of it looked good. So I ate the bread and passed one the rest of the food. Then he says what wrong you wont eat chicken now?

Then he leaves and Rusty and I hang out for a while. When we get home Ryan says to me "Amber broke your globe". So I sent Ryan to bed since it was past his bed time and I started cleaning up the broken class.

By now my blood is boiling. Here I am sweeping up glass and I have people telling me to leave it so that Amber can clean it up. I just continued to sweep up glass.

Then I lost it. I screamed " here let me take out the trash since no one else can see that it is over flowing. Here let fold the blankets that you threw on the floors two days ago. Oh here let me get your dirty dishes off the floor"

Then Amber walks in. House guest says Amber I want to talk to you. I told Amber to stop right where she was and to go to her bedroom and do not come out until morning.

House guest packed his stuff and left. Rusty is just in shock.

I feel really bad because house guest and Rusty have been friends for ever. We just went to bed without speaking.

Sunday morning at 1a.m. I start pucking up my gutts and wetting myself. I screamed for Rusty and he got me a wash cloth and helped me back to bed. I was up and down all night long. Sunday just sucked for me.

Rusty went to the store and got me some gatoraid, 7 up and jello. Funny thing is jello maybe green going down but it is also green coming up!

I was just begging for someone to make me stop throwing up.

I feel much better today, but I was ordered to stay in bed. I am glad that the children were off of school, so at least the girls were there to help me.

This morning before Rusty left for work we talk about the house guest from hell.

I told Rusty that I would call him, but that I wanted a few questions answered.

1. would he leave one of his only family members in harms way? That is what he did when he left broken glass all over the floor for our son or one of our pets to step on.

2. does he disrespect to his own father? that is what he is to us when he leaves his dishes all over the place and expects me to clean them up.

3. if he runs us down when we are in front of him, then what is he saying when we are not around?

I did call house guest, but he did not answer, so the ball is in his court.

This morning Rusty told the children in no uncertain terms that the house better be clean when he got home and that I was to stay in bed and rest all day.

The children did a great job and keeping the house up, but now I should be sleeping, but I cant. I could not believe how hard it was to sit on my lazy ass and do nothing!

I have a lot of stuff planned for tomorrow. I need to go to the store, and then to the dairy. I also need to start sorting out the garage.

We have been asking people for their yard sale left overs and we are going to hold our own garage sale to help Nikki raise money for her missions trip. I am hoping to make around $150 - $200. But then again anything that we make is total profit.

I will try to get back to reading journals in the morning.

Oh one more thing. Ryan was complaining because tomorrow he has to write something. Nikki says here let me help you get started " Hi my name is Billy. I am holding a knife. I am running tword you" only my childen! LOL

Oh my! That wasn't a house guest....that was a freeloader! He really lacked in the respect area! I don't blame you one bit for what you did, I would have as well. I also agree with your questions! Thats right...if he runs you down when in front of you, wonder what he's saying when you're not around? I also do hope you get to feeling better too.

Dear Kelli
I am so sorry that you had such an ill mennered house guest.
Good luck with fixing this  situation. I was wondering if he had forgotten about family expectations while being a bachelor Kelli. That can happen.. perahps a soothing, calm discussion about your concerns about the children getting hurt with the glass and about how you need him to pitch in can actually help.
Some people don't have your same blessing in terms of good parents, so in that case they will nto understnad..it jsut depends. Ilove you. I hope youare feeling better. Do something fun. love, natalie
