are you game?

So I was sitting down knitting another scarf when I thought that I would see how many readers are game for something different.

At our house you must try something new. The girls went on mission trip, ryan got to fire an m16, I went jet skiing..... you get the picture.

Anyway, I also try very hard to get out of my comfort zone and do something for someone else.

This week I would like to challenge every one to do something for a total stranger. Here are some ideas, and if any of you guys follow Marths journal, you may have some of this ready to go!

Take a sack lunch, blanket or a coat to a homeless person

Take your old towels ,blankets or a bag of dog to the animal shelter

You can get creative. Let me know what you did and how it felt when you were done.

Yesterday, I went to Staples and bought a bunch of supplies to donate to Logan's Head Start classroom AND I bought much-needed for my Microbiology class and passed them out to my lab partners.  They were thrilled.  Does that count???
Love ya,

That sounds like a great idea.  Let me think about what I can do, and I'll let you know when I do it.  There is a shelter in our town for women and children, and I have some things I could take them, like coats and gloves.  This is a good idea.
